How do I make a cup of Chai?

We like to think of our chai as a ritual aid. We all do it differently… This is how we do it.

  1. Heat about 100ml of water in your chai pot, then add your nice big Tablespoon of chai

2. Add 300ml of your choice of mylk to your pot and gently heat for 4-7 mins.

3. Strain and fill you cup

4. Sweeten to taste and drink it up

What is the difference between your chai and a sticky chai?

Our Masala Chai Blend Is a traditional Dry Tea and spice product. A sticky Chai is the dry tea and spice blend soaked directly in honey. We will be offering a sticky chai sometime in the future.

Where is your chai made?

We personally make and bag up our chai blend for you in Newcastle, Australia.

Can I return my Chai?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via goldenthreadchai@gmail.com with a picture of the item and your order details. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible and if applicable, we will of course issue a return order.
