Australian orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping on all Australian orders over $200.
International orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Because Golden Thread Chai is a handcrafted food product, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it at goldenthreadchai@gmail.com with a photo and your order details. We'll make it right.
