Crafted with care, our signature Masala Chai is a celebration of tradition, taste, and mindful ritual. Each of the twelve distinctive ingredients is gently roasted on its own, then blended in small batches to create a cup that's both delicately nuanced and full-bodied — a chai that speaks softly but leaves a lasting impression.

Wrapped in 100% certified home-compostable packaging, every cup honours the earth as much as it does the senses.

Makes approximately 55–65 cups depending on your taste. We suggest starting with one heaped tablespoon per serve and adjusting from there.

How to Brew — Stovetop Method

Seven minutes. That's all it asks of you.

You'll need:

  • Golden Thread Chai — one heaped tablespoon per cup

  • Your milk of choice

  • Water

  • A strainer

  • Your favourite cup

Method:

  1. Fill your chai pot with water — roughly one third to one half of your final volume. Set it on the heat and let it come slowly to the boil. This is your moment to settle in.

  2. Lower the heat. Reach into the bag and scoop deep, making sure you get a good mix of the chunkier spices and the finer grind. Notice the smell that rises.

  3. Let it sit for a moment. Then pour in your milk of choice — we brew with Bonsoy, but use whatever feels right to you.

  4. Keep the heat medium to low. Stir slowly. Brew for seven minutes. Don't rush it — this is the ritual.

  5. Strain into your favourite cup. Add honey or a sweetener if you like. Sit down. Sip slowly.
